Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eternal Yogalaya, we value your time and are committed to providing a peaceful, high-quality experience for every student. Because class sizes, private sessions, workshops, and events are carefully planned in advance, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By booking any class, purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or buying products from Eternal Yogalaya, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Commitment

At Eternal Yogalaya, every reservation is carefully prepared to ensure each student receives a meaningful and personalized experience. When a class, private session, or workshop is reserved, that space is held exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments often prevent another student from attending and affect our ability to provide services efficiently.

Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both our students and our instructors while allowing us to maintain a welcoming and sustainable wellness community.

2. Drop-In Yoga Classes

Students may cancel a regularly scheduled yoga class without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the class start time.

If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before class begins, students may choose one of the following:

• Transfer the booking to another available class.
• Receive a studio credit for future use.
• Receive a refund when permitted under the payment method used.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are generally not eligible for refunds or credits, except in exceptional circumstances approved by Eternal Yogalaya.

3. Membership Classes

Members who are unable to attend a reserved class are encouraged to cancel their reservation as early as possible so another student may attend.

Repeated late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions or other membership limitations to ensure fair access for all members.

Unused monthly classes do not automatically roll over unless specifically included within your membership plan.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

4. Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions require dedicated preparation and scheduling.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a private session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without additional charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior notification, may be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at the sole discretion of Eternal Yogalaya.

5. Workshops, Special Events & Sound Baths

Workshops, sound bath experiences, retreats, certification programs, and special events often require advance planning, instructor preparation, and limited seating.

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page:

• Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before the event may receive a full refund or studio credit.
• Cancellations made three (3) to six (6) days before the event may receive a 50% studio credit.
• Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the event are generally non-refundable.

If Eternal Yogalaya cancels an event, participants will receive the option of:

• A full refund.
• A transfer to another event.
• Studio credit for future use.

6. Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled according to the terms selected during enrollment.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next scheduled payment date.

Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically refund previous charges or unused classes unless required by law.

7. Class Packages

If Eternal Yogalaya offers class packages, such as 5-class, 10-class, or 20-class packages, the following terms apply:

• Packages are non-transferable.
• Packages may not be shared between individuals unless specifically stated.
• Expiration dates, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Unused classes generally do not qualify for cash refunds after purchase.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Eternal Yogalaya are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards may be used toward classes, memberships, workshops, private sessions, retail purchases, or other eligible services offered by Eternal Yogalaya.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

9. Retail Shop Purchases

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from our studio boutique.

Eligible merchandise, including yoga apparel, accessories, or wellness products, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that:

• The item is unused.
• The item is unworn.
• Original tags remain attached.
• The item is returned in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

10. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

• Opened wellness products
• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Customized merchandise
• Clearance or final sale items
• Any item specifically marked as non-refundable

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Eternal Yogalaya within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of the product and packaging.

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

12. Studio Cancellations

On occasion, Eternal Yogalaya may need to cancel or reschedule classes due to:

• Severe weather
• Instructor illness
• Low enrollment
• Facility maintenance
• Emergencies
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If this occurs, affected participants will be offered:

• A full refund.
• A class credit.
• The opportunity to attend another available session.

13. Force Majeure

Eternal Yogalaya shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, power outages, internet failures, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, refunds or credits will be provided at the sole discretion of Eternal Yogalaya, taking into account the specific circumstances and applicable law.

14. Policy Changes

Eternal Yogalaya reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
